Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Since we specialize in customized and made-to-order jewellery, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Customized Jewellery (Personalized Orders)

All our customized / personalized jewellery pieces (including name pendants, engraved items, custom designs, etc.) are made specially for you.

🔹 Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

  • The product received is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

In such cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video and clear pictures.


2. Non-Customized Jewellery (If Applicable)

For non-customized items (if available on our store):

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (unless the mistake is from our side)


3. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos

    • Complete unboxing video (mandatory)

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, OR

  • Store credit, OR

  • Refund (as applicable)

Without unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible as production may have started


6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on customized products.
For size issues (rings, bracelets, etc.), resizing may be available at additional charges (subject to design).
