Thank you for shopping with [SS Collection]. Since we specialize in customized and made-to-order jewellery, please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All customized jewellery is made specially for you after order confirmation.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days (depending on design complexity).

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (If Available)

  • COD may be available on selected pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call or WhatsApp before processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address

  • Additional charges for re-shipping

8. Damaged Package During Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Record a complete unboxing video

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos and order details

Claims without proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
