All customized jewellery is made specially for you after order confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

During peak seasons or sales, processing time may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery time:

Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

We may offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (If Available)

COD may be available on selected pin codes.

5. Order Tracking

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
